This homemade costume for women entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Joanne, the 'Annabelle' costume creator:
I start shopping for Halloween potential pieces in September, this year we decided to go as Annabelle and Chucky, I found a white blouse and a white frilly shower curtain, costume potential? I think so! I don't sew, I glue gunned all my ribbons, and my sister sewed my bottom part (shower curtain) into a victorian doll gown! Makeup was a bit of a challenge, other then that I had fun creating my costumes form bits and pieces from Value Village.
