This homemade costume for pets entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lori, the 'Ausin Meowers' costume creator:
This is our cat PooBear, she is 1 yrs. old & is dressed up as "AUSTIN MEOWERS, International Cat of Mystery"
I handmade her outfit, for the coat & pants I used blue velour material & used small white lace around arms & white material with lace sewn on for the shirt hang (Dickie). Made a wig & attached elastic to hold on her head.
