This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Chelsea, the 'Crazy Cat Lady' costume creator:
My daughter, 9, absolutely loves cats! So what better way to show her love for cats! So here she is! Crazy Cat Lady Cailyn! We simply used her robe, stuffed animals we gathered around the house, curlers, pink lip stick, and glasses decorated with pearls! To top if off she found some leg warmers and slippers to go along!
