This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jessika, the 'Owl' costume creator:
My daughter loves owls and her favorite color is gold. So we bought white feathers, a white cloak, and a mask to create this this owl costume! It cost around $50 to make. To add the gold touches to the feathers we used nail polish. Owl'u proud of us?!
