This homemade costume for adults entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bo, the 'Pennywise' costume creator:
Im wearing the costume. I made the head prostetic out of a bald cap and stuffing it with cotton thwn putting seveal layers of luquid latex to hold it all in place. Bought a wig and cut and colored it. The costume was custom made for my body. The makeup too 3.5 hours. I made the teeth from polly morphus plastic.
