Sharknado - Pugnado Costume

This is Jasmine and Padme dressed as Sharknado. We got the idea because we like to incorporate Jasmine's stroller. We used a hoola hoop that rests on the handle bars with wooden dowels in the front taped just above the wheels for support. Then wrapped in saran wrap from top to bottom. Spray painted with white gray and black paint. Added spray tack to saramln wrap and stretched spider webs all around. We cut a round piece od cardboard for the top and used spray tack with pillow stuffing. We sprayed both rhw stuffing and cob webs again for definition. Added sharks - some with red yarn hot glued in thier mouths. The sharks are spray tacked in as well.
We are big fans of Sharkando so thought it would be a fun dog costume. They seem to love it too.
