This homemade costume for girls entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Justine, the 'Twin Sister Rainbows' costume creator:
Our 3 year old twin girls, Morgan & Madison were a double rainbow in our towns fall parade this weekend. I made the costumes with pool noodles, colored zip ties and the inside fluff from two old pillows. The rainbows were attached to backpacks and the girls wore them as they walked. Light & easy this was bright and fun on a great fall day. The girls one first place for their age group.
