This homemade costume for boys entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Wendy, the 'UPS Man' costume creator:
My son Nolan is in the costume. He is three years old and was insistent on being a “UPS man”. He also was insistent on having a UPS truck, so I did the best I could with some cardboard, duct tape, paint and our wagon.
