Vikings and Dragon Costume

Making Halloween costumes for family is one of my favorite things to do each year. I gather all my inspirations, sketch it out on paper, run to the fabric store running around like a excited crazy person and when I have all the fabric....I dump it on the floor next to my sewing machine and I crawl into a hole in fetal position. I draw all my patterns from scratch so at the beginning of this project it is super overwhelming, but once I get going I can peel back a layer of over swamped feelings. It is super fun to have an image that is in my brain and draw it up and to achieve and execute it.
