This homemade costume for couples entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cathy, the 'Witch Dr with Voodoo Doll' costume creator:
Voodoo with dr was derived from a corset I thought was a great piece. I bought most pieces from the thrift shop except the contacts and wig. I tried to make dreadlocks but didn’t have the patience!! Voodoo doll was bought (my boyfriend was a good sport wearing it for me). The make up was easy.. a few dots here and there. I bought a cheap skirt and cut it up and a black scarf, jewelry, feathers, belt.. all from thrift store and then TAADAAAAAA!!! It was sooo much fun
