I grew up and always loved Sesame Street! Chase is my little Cookie Monster and Tatiana is the chocolate chip cookie!
The Cookie Monster costume was a toddler costume that I bought and altered to fit him. Cost: $25
The Cookie costume I made. I stuffed material I had to make the cookies and glued them on to a little brown overcoat that I made. Cost: $0 since I had the material at home already.
