This homemade costume for kids entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Tammy, the 'Cops Loves Donuts' costume creator:
These cuties are my grandchildren Asher is 4 and Phoenix is 11 months. Their dad who is in the army came up with this idea. I've been a police officer for 20 years. Ive begged my children to dress as cops and robbers when they were little. I think this is much cuter, not to mention sweeter than cops and robbers :)
