This store bought costume for pets entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Alana, the 'Cops & Robbers' costume creator:
This idea came to me since out of the two Otis is the dog that will protect you and Milo is the dog that will take your sandwich when you're not looking so cops & robbers came naturally to me. Otis is wearing a cop costume from target and Milo is wearing a robber costume from Petco. Otis's handcuffs came with a child's cop costume and the money bag was a pillow case stuffed with crumbled newspaper.
