This homemade costume for couples entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jackie, the 'Cosmo and Wanda' costume creator:
My boyfriendand I are dressed up as Cosmo and Wanda from the Fairly Odd Parents on Nickelodeon. I got the idea from the childhood tv show I used to watch.
How to:
Cosmo- green hairspray, white button up shirt, black tie and pants, and for the crown and star wand use yellow foam paper and a skewer for the wand
Wanda- pink hairspray, yellow shirt, black pants, and for the crown and star wand use yellow foam paper and a skewer for the wand
Such a fun easy diy couples costume that will make people laugh! (Trust me we walked through the store dressed like that)
