This homemade costume for adults entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kelly, the 'Bioluminescent Jellyfish' costume creator:
I used a clear umbrella, bubble wrap, strings of pink and blue led lights, and hanging from it as tentacles are multiple types of fabric and more led lights.
