This homemade costume for adults entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Belinda, the 'Little Twisty' costume creator:
I'm 60 and a huge fan of American Horror Story on FX since its inception a few years ago. Twisty the Clown is my favorite. My daughter made the costume for me using only a pair of white cotton pants and shirt, surgical mask and permanent markers and paints.
