This homemade costume for adults entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Joan, the 'Pants Down' costume creator:
This is a picture of myself. My costume was inspired by the kids who walk around with their pants hanging off their butts. The only thing I 'bought' for this costume was the fake butt. It cost less the 5 bucks. The rest I put together with stuff I had at home.
