This homemade costume for adults entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Bubba, the 'The Wizzard' costume creator:
I am wearing my own costume. I took a witch hat and added material to it with 3 strands of lights, added skeletons to each side. My cape is made out of fur and material and I have hand sowed 2 dragons one on each side that sits on my shoulders. The long bottom half is made out 3 types of material. It slides over my head and covers my stilts that I wear under this gown. It has a lot of time and material put into it. Hope you like it!
