The Worm Costume

My husband is in the costume that I made called 'The Worm'. When my husband was little, his Mom made a costume just like this for him, and it was his favorite costume, so I wanted to make a full size version.
I used a stretchy knit fabric for the body part and cut out a hole for the legs and arms. I used hard cardboard covered in white material for the face and glued it to the body. I used craft pipe cleaner for the antennas and used markers for the face. I cut out 2 holes, so he could see and breathe. He wore all black underneath. Everyone came up to us to tell us how cute the costume was and they got their own ideas to make their own for next year!
