This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amy, the 'Baby Grandma' costume creator:
16 month old Whitney is wearing this costume, she loves pushing shopping carts around as she is learning to walk so we thought this would be the perfect costume! I learned to crochet to make the sweater and I sewed her skirt and purse. We made her walker out of pvc pipe. We had so much fun making it!
