This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katie, the 'Baby Peacock' costume creator:
My 1.5 year old daughter was a cute little peacock. I found the idea while looking for an owl costume last year and knew it's what she had to be once she could walk. I made the feather portion by putting peacock feathers in material "feathers" and then gluing all of the teal feathers to those. The tutu was purchased but could be very easily made.
Everything was purchased at Michaels, Hoby Lobby and Walmart.
