This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Katie, the 'Boo from Monsters Inc' costume creator:
I sewed this costume with some fun purple fabric and a gray fleece lining. I made a hood and attached gray yarn for hair and pipe cleaners with styrofoam balls for eyes. I used white felt for a couple of teeth on the hood. I made fleece arms with slits so she could get her hands out to grab candy. It was the perfect costume for our sweet little 1 1/2 year old daughter.
