This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Brittany, the 'Clown' costume creator:

This is my 14 month old daughter Oceana dressed in a homemade clown costume. I had been thinking of starting my own tutu business and I made this one that was funky and bright so I thought I would like to use it for my daughters halloween costume. Bright and funky colors struck the idea of a clown. Sewed buttons onto a onsie with a homemade bow tie and head bow. Paired with suspenders, leg warmers and red shoes. Cutest clown I ever did see :)
