This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Laura, the 'Cow' costume creator:
My grandson loves cows so it was only fitting that he be a cow for Halloween. I bought the fabric at JoAnns for under $25 the bell at Hobby Lobby for $3. I used a McCalls Dog Pattern and altered it as I went to change it into a cow. For the bag, I made a simple bag out of burlap and spray painted FEED with stencils on both sides. He has already worn it to one party, the zoo, a pumpkin patch and a parade and its not even Halloween yet. I think I got my moneys worth out of this one.
