This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lauren, the 'Cruella' costume creator:
This is my 2 year old daughter who I dressed up as cruella I love home made costumes this was my favorite movie as a child I I had ordered the dress off eBay for $5 I ordered the gloves for $5 already had the pearls and the shoes were play shoes and I sprayed her hair with temporary hair spray from Walmart $2 for each can I spent about $15 for the whole costume I love how it turned out!
