This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Cassandra, the 'Edward Scissorhands' costume creator:
My 2 year old daughter Emma is wearing this homemade Edward Scissorhands costume. It consists of black pants and turtleneck, black boots, and everything else I sewed and glued to create the belt vest. I purchased individual strips of leather and belt buckles, glued on embellishments and sewed pieces to the shirt and pants, then cinched the belts around her middle and fitted them the best I could. For the hair I just teased and hairsprayed then sprayed it black. She got some amazing reactions and was treated like a celebrity all night.
