This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Emma Wiggle in her Big Red Car' costume creator:
My 18 month old daughter Quinn is wearing the costume. The idea came from the fact that she was already going to be Emma Wiggle and Emma Wiggle drives the big red car so I built the big red car to go over her stroller since she has Cerebral Palsy and can not walk very far without falling so will be in her stroller most of the night. I wanted her stroller to match her costume. I took a big cardboard box and painted it red then added the wiggles signs, tail lights headlights and all the accesories.
