This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Stephanie, the 'Fairy Princess' costume creator:
My 2 year old daughter, Riley. is wearing the costume. I got the idea from a flower crochet hat I saw online. I made the hat and from there it ended up being a fairy costume. The yarn I used for the entire costume is called red heart yarn. And underneath the tulle are green and blue lights, shaped like butterflies and leafs, picked them up at dollar tree.
