This homemade costume for babies entered our 2013 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Angie, the 'Female Body Builder' costume creator:
This is my daughter, Autumn. She is 22 months old. I came up with this idea by thinking through all of the costume pieces I already had on hand and what I could do with them. Autumn's brother was Michael Phelps last year, so we already had the muscle shirt. I thought of "Vera" Jim Carey's Saturday Night Live character and thought it would be hysterical to see this on a chubby cheeked baby. I made the bikini out of sparkly blue material from the fabric store.
