This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brittany, the 'Gratuity Tucci aka Tip' costume creator:
My 2 year old daughter is obsessed with the movie Home. We watch it every day. So I decided she could be Tip (the main character) and I would make Slushious (Tip's car) for Halloween. Oh is Tip's purple alien friend and Pig is Tip's car.
I used duct tape, construction and tissue paper, glitter, tape, water bottles, modge podge, battery powered lights, card board and glue. I spent less than $5 to make Slushious.
