This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Brandi, the 'Ice Cream Man' costume creator:
My Husband & I made an Ice Cream Truck costume for our young son Bodie. We bought the paint & wood at Lowe's, the paper hats off Ebay, and the outfit he already had, the cost was around $25. My Husband's handymanliness was of course, priceless! He also did the artwork & designed it so that it fit right over his stroller! We burned Ice Cream Truck music onto a cd & played it on a portable cd player in the stroller.
