A word from Olga, the 'Little Mermaid' costume creator:
this is my 3month old daughter "Juile Grace" i always like mermaids and tryed having a daughter for 5years so i said this the year for her to light up the world ... i just bought 1 yard if blue frabic seashells 1 head band and 1 neddle and thread ... please please choose us as a winner never won anything but is not giving up hope ..thank you liitle mermaids mommy ..
