This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ashley, the 'Little Old Lady' costume creator:
My 9 month old baby is wearing this as her very first Halloween costume! I used cotton balls and my hot glue gun to glue the balls to a baby hat and pieced the rest together with clothing from target. I saw an idea on facebook and went with it and made it my own! My sweet girl spends tons of time in Children's hospital for numerous medical issues and she receives shots, meds and infusions daily. We would like to win to treat her to something special since we spend all our extra (and some) on medical bills and medicine. Thanks!!!
