Baby Lion Costume

My son Aaron is wearing a homemade lion costume. A lion was the first animal sound he learned and every time he sees one - on his shirt, a photo, at the zoo - he says ROAR! The idea for the homemade costume came from National Geographic. We adapted it since he did not like the fringe around his hooded sweatshirt which is what the directions called for. Instead, we ordered a knit lion face hat from a local Mom, tied the fleece fringe around his wrists and ankles, pinned on his tail, gave him a nose/whiskers & voila - we had a little lion running through the neighborhood on Halloween.
