This homemade costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Kaleigh, the 'Little Oompa Loompa' costume creator:
My son, Elijah age 2. I made the pants & suspenders out of white fabric, spray painted a black wig green, got brown stockings, a brown turtle neck and brown shoes, added white stripes to the shirt with surgical tape, painted his face orange with white eye brows and there you have it, the cutest little Oompa Loompa on the block :)
