This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Nancy, the 'Lollipop Guild' costume creator:
Finn age 2. Finn loves the Wizard of Oz and I love hearing him try and sing the Lollipop Guild song so this was the perfect costume for him. The lollipop is made from a pool noodle, duct tape and pvc.
