My daughter is dressed up as Marilyn Monroe I bought satin fabric and added layer of sash to make it rise up it was a total of about $15. I brought her high heel shoes from Walmart clearance for $5. AND a 50s wig. She looked fabulous and got a lot of attention I thought of a costume I rarely see and it worked out perfect
