This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Ryan, the 'Monters Inc Boo' costume creator:
It was for our 1.5 year old daughter, Charlotte.It is her favorite movie and she talks and walks like Boo! We went to the store picked out three fabrics, yarn, eye balls, and electrical conduit for connecting the eyeballs. We had to sew it all together and create a way for the eyeballs to stand up. That entailed a milk jug, lag bolts, washers and some nuts.
