This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Caitlin, the 'Old Lady' costume creator:
My daughter is almost one! Wearing a dress and cardigan from old navy along with tights and booties. I used a baby hat and glued white balls to the hat. Tied one of her grandmothers hankies around head. Made walker out of pvc pipe and originally got the idea from Pinterest of course! She loved being a granny!!!
