Oompa Loompa Doompa-Dee-Do Baby Costume

I bought white pants, a white turtle neck, white leggings, brown leggings, oversized buttons, brown and white yarn, white fabric paint, orange face paint and green hair spray. I sewed the buttons on the pants, dyed the turtle neck brown, painted stripes on the turtle neck and brown leggings, cut the legs off the white leggings and pinned them to make the suspenders and painted his face orange with white eyebrows. I made pom poms with the yarn and tied to his shoes. And finally spray painted his hair!
