This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Amy, the 'Peacock' costume creator:
Addie is a peacock. She loves peacocks so I made her a peacock costume. I made her a tulle tutu and added glittered peacock feathers. Made her a wing span out of cardboard, felt, and more feathers. She looks adorable.
