This homemade costume for babies entered our 2016 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jesi, the 'Pee Wee Herman' costume creator:
My little guy, Payson (2),was Pee Wee Herman for Halloween 2016. His dad/my husband has been Pee Wee twice in the past (once for Halloween and once for an 80's party. Also, my husband's parents still had a Pee Wee scooter from when he was little. It was just destiny for our little guy to be Pee Wee and to use the scooter!
