This homemade costume for babies entered our 2018 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Hitomi, the 'Popcorn Baby' costume creator:
When the second daughter was a baby, I made this popcorn cover for baby carrier. Just glued on red felt stripes and letters on a white large felt. And glued some popcorns on a white baby hat. Then next year, we recycle the popcorn cover to make a waking popcorn. Just glue it on to White T-shirts and glue popcorns on the T-shirts and hat.
