This homemade costume for babies entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Melissa, the 'Princess Clown' costume creator:
This is Zaley's first Halloween. She is our princess so we came up with princess clown costume. The skirts is made of Tull with ribbon, paired with polka dot Leg warmers, shirt has cute big buttons ,and wig is a crochet hat with yarn tied on it. Cost was around $150 but seeing her Is priceless.
