This homemade costume for babies entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rebecca, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
This is my baby Rose wearing a handmade Raggedy Ann costume made by me. I chose Raggedy Ann because she was my favorite childhood doll back in the 80s, and brings nostalgia. The wig was looped through a knit beanie and trimmed to fit. The dress, knickers, and apron cost about $15 for the material from Joanns. The stripped leggings were purchased on etsy for $5.
