This homemade costume for babies entered our 2017 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Jaime, the 'Raggedy Ann' costume creator:
My 8 month old daughter, EmmaLea, dressed up as Raggedy Ann. This is a character I loved when I was growing up. My mother is super talented and made the costume for her from fabric we bought at a local store. I made the wig with red yard that I tied onto a cap.
