This store bought costume for babies entered our 2012 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Rylee, the 'Raggedy Rylee' costume creator:
Rylee is my 9 month old son. He actually has the red hair so doesn't even need the wig for this costume so I've been told. You just don't see many of the "Traditional Character Costumes" anymore. I got it from Costume Express & absolutely loved it.
