Thomas The Train Costume

My 21 month old son loves trains so i wanted to make him one for Halloween. We used his toy wagon. Used an old dresser for the base, drawers removed. Then we used card board and duck tape to create the train. Spray paint to make it look like Thomas. Paper plates for wheels. A can of vegetables spray painted black with cotton balls coming out to look like smoke for the smoke pipe. Dressed our son Tyler as a train driver gave him a train whistle and its just perfect!!
