This homemade costume for boys entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Karen, the 'Penguin' costume creator:
This is my grandson (STUART) dressed as the Batman Villian PENGUIN. The Idea came from my granddaughter Madison who picked this years theme. We were all Batman villians. This costume isn't as hard as it looks. Top Hat, wig pants and shirt were gotten from thrift store. The umbrella I found on line (was solid white and I painted strips on it)the coat I made from a youth tux pattern out off black cotton twill. Then just a basic white face and blackened eyes and lips. My Grandson really played it up and owned this costume.
