This homemade costume for boys entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Lisa, the 'Blastoise' costume creator:
Joss is a huge Pokemon fan and we couldn't find any Pokemon costumes at the stores or online so I decided to make her one. I used some rain pipe insulation and duct tape for the cannons, cardboard and fill for the shell. I used an old hoodie sweater and stitched and hand sewn some fleece over.
